United Direct Lending is expanding its groundbreaking Elite Partner Program (EPP) and we’re seeking ambitious, relationship-driven professionals to join us as Account Executives. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on building partnerships, creating value for referral partners, and helping homebuyers access exclusive financing benefits.

What You'll Do
As an EPP Account Executive, your job is to build and manage a pipeline of Elite Partners—primarily real estate agents, builders, financial professionals, and other strategic referral sources. You’ll represent United Direct Lending’s exclusive loan programs that provide homebuyers with significant savings and faster closings.
Prospect and recruit Elite Partners
(realtors, brokerages, builders, financial advisors, affinity groups).
Present and promote the EPP
highlighting exclusive client benefits (e.g., lower rates, closing cost credits, faster pre-approvals).
Host meetings and presentations
(in person, Zoom, or phone) to introduce referral partners to the program.
Collaborate with internal teams
to ensure smooth onboarding and client experience.
Track and manage referral pipelines
helping ensure that your partners’ clients get excellent service.
Act as the bridge
between your partners and United Direct Lending’s loan operations team.
Leverage social media
personal brand to promote the program and attract new partners.
Compensation
- 25 basis points paid on funded loan volume tied to your recruited partners and referred clients.
- Paid only when loans close—no cap on earnings.
- Monthly production bonuses may be available as performance grows.
